This tasty low-carb cauliflower mixture is well enjoyed alongside various kinds of meat and vegetable starters. Also, it takes just a half hour to prepare, making it ideal for an easy healthier meal during those hectic weeknights.

Hint: To take out the rawness, steam the garlic and cauliflower together. This will also increase its tenderness.
Ingredients:

Medium size cauliflower head (blooms only) | 1 |
Peeled garlic | 3 pieces |
Extra virgin olive oil | 2 tablespoons |
Almond milk (Unsweetened) | 2 tablespoons |
Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |
Onion powder | 1 teaspoon |
Fresh chopped chives | 3 tablespoons |
Black pepper and sea salt, as required |
Directions:
- Steam the cauliflower blooms and garlic pieces using a steamer bowl placed over mildly boiling water for about 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is fork-soft.
- Remove the steamed items and place in a blender or food processor.
- Put in the olive oil, almond milk, garlic and onion powder, seasoned with black pepper and salt as required. Blend until it becomes smooth and pasty. Confirm that the seasoning is enough, otherwise add more.
- Put in a dishing bowl, topped off with fresh chopped chives, then serve. Now you have a tasty low-carb dish you’re sure to enjoy!
