Hint: To take out the rawness, steam the garlic and cauliflower together. This will also increase its tenderness.

|Peeled garlic||3 pieces|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 tablespoons|
|Almond milk (Unsweetened)||2 tablespoons|
|Garlic powder||1 teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 teaspoon|
|Fresh chopped chives||3 tablespoons|
|Black pepper and sea salt, as required|
- Steam the cauliflower blooms and garlic pieces using a steamer bowl placed over mildly boiling water for about 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is fork-soft.
- Remove the steamed items and place in a blender or food processor.
- Put in the olive oil, almond milk, garlic and onion powder, seasoned with black pepper and salt as required. Blend until it becomes smooth and pasty. Confirm that the seasoning is enough, otherwise add more.
